These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999q ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 999q website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at 999q.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an account on 999q, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 999q or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
5. You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform that has been suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

999q reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of registration or account operation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

When registering an account on 999q, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

999q operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence as proof of residential address (dated within 90 days);
• A copy or photograph of the payment card or e-wallet account used to fund your account;
• Documentation establishing the source of funds deposited into your account where required by the Operator's AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. 999q reserves the right to withhold funds pending verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are listed in the cashier for informational purposes only. Their availability may vary. Their listing does not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, this Platform by those payment providers.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. 999q is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed as promptly as operationally practicable. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• 999q reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

All games and betting markets offered on the 999q Platform are subject to the specific rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these general Terms, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to availability and any applicable bet limits.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 999q reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account.
• In-play betting is subject to the specific in-play rules published on the Platform. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time at the Operator's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market as displayed in the betting interface.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the live dealer's physical actions in a supervised studio environment.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and the outcome recorded automatically in accordance with the relevant game's disconnection policy.

999q offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or by other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The specific game contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• 999q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the Operator's obligation to honour bonuses already awarded under the terms at the time of award.
• Players who are subject to self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds during such periods.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999q Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or betting markets;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 999q staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or otherwise disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the 999q Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the compilation of such content — is the property of 999q or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999q and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, system outages, or technical failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by third-party software providers — subject to the Operator's best-effort obligation to correct identified errors;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that does not constitute financial or legal advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

999q is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and offers the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from re-registration for a defined period of no less than 6 months.

999q does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If we have reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under the minimum required age, that account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.

999q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case the account balance may be subject to an administration fee as disclosed in the cashier;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Players wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting support at any time. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and any applicable verification holds. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless individual promotion terms provide otherwise.

999q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 999q holds its applicable international operating licence.

The Operator will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve them within 28 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified under the Operator's license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
